About the Role

At Harman Finance Shared Services we are embarking upon an ambitious and challenging journey to Transform our Finance Operations and contribute significantly towards helping the business Optimize, yet remain agile for Growth. We are looking for a seasoned ATR Transformation Manager capable of conceptualizing, planning and executing multiple complex projects that will enable us to execute with speed in highly fluid environment

Your Team

Reporting to the VP Finance Shared Services, as the Senior Manager – ATR Process Transformation you will co-lead and manage ATR Transformations and Continuous Improvements for HARMAN Shared Services. This is a leadership position responsible for driving Business Outcomes, On Time and Quality project execution, and setting up Strong Governance frameworks ensuring sustainability.

What You Will Do

• 50% of the time the role will support the GPOs on designing the S4 Template for the ATR Process and 50% of the time the role will be spent on improving GSSC Process KPIs through Transformation and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to strategize, plan and execute business critical projects ensuring they are fully aligned with the broader strategic goals of the organization
• Develop an ATR Operations Excellence framework and conceptualize initiatives that will allow us to achieve the desired levels of performance
• Collaborate with HR to identify Future skill requirements and develop a long term L&D program to upskill the ATR organization resources as well as tailor hiring strategy to meet the Future State design
• Collaborate with the ATR GPO and S4 HANA project team on global initiatives that include Future State process design, Transforming As-is processes and implementing Technology as needed
• Collaborate with Operations to identify and drive best in class practices achieving Benchmark KPIs and Sustainable Efficiency

What You Need

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Accounting from a reputed Business School
• Around 10 years’ experience in the field of ATR Shared Services
• Experience in planning and executing large-scale transformation initiatives from the envisioning stage through to implementation.
• Execution and operational excellence with deep experience and skills in driving cost, quality, and business outcomes.
• Demonstrated aptitude to seek external best practices, industry research and benchmarking to identify and prioritize new sources of value.
• Ability to present data and recommendations in a meaningful way.
• Articulate, confident and fluent communication skills.
• Experience working directly with senior business executives in an advisory capacity.
• Strong interpersonal skills across multiple regions and cultures.
