Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the QA team in designing, developing, and executing test automation frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain robust automation scripts using Java (mandatory).
  • Automate web applications using Selenium or Playwright or Cypress.
  • Conduct API testing using tools like RestAssured, Postman, or Karate.
  • Perform Performance testing using JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
  • Implement CI/CD integration for automated tests.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA engineers.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Java (must be very good).
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium or Cypress or Playwright for web automation.
  • API automation testing using RestAssured, Postman, or Karate.
  • Performance testing experience with JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools.
  • Experience with test frameworks like TestNG or JUnit.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SQL for database validation.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Exposure to mobile automation testing.
  • Knowledge of security testing principles.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to document and present technical concepts clearly

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field
