Role Overview

We are seeking a Motivated professionals to lead the functional definition and delivery of our OT Network Security Platform. This role requires close engagement with customers (as proxies of end-users) to capture, refine, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables for the engineering team. The Product Owner ensures that development output aligns with customer needs and industry standards in OT cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement
    • Act as the primary interface with the customer, gathering feedback and clarifying requirements.
    • Represent the voice of the end-user in all product discussions.
  • Requirements Gathering & Refinement
    • Research customer-provided features, competitor solutions, and market expectations.
    • Drill down high-level features into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Product Backlog Ownership
    • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects customer priorities and business goals.
    • Work closely with Technical Architect and Engineering to validate feasibility and implementation approach.
  • Delivery Alignment
    • Ensure development output is in line with agreed requirements through backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.
    • Define acceptance tests and validate completed features against requirements.
    • Track progress and ensure timely delivery of committed features.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor industry trends, OT security standards, and evolving customer needs.
    • Recommend new features or improvements that enhance product value.
    • Support go-to-market activities by providing product insights and documentation.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Experience: 6–10 years in Product Ownership/Management, with 3+ years in cybersecurity, networking, or OT/ICS products.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of OT/ICS protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 104, OPC UA, PROFINET, GOOSE).
  • Experience working with network monitoring / cybersecurity platforms (IDS/IPS, SIEM, anomaly detection, etc.).
  • Strong ability to analyze and document customer-provided features into detailed requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to bridge customer, business, and technical teams.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to challenge, refine, and validate requirements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in industrial cybersecurity deployments or working directly with OT operators.
  • Knowledge of appliance/platform features (ISO/OVA packaging, distributed sensors, backup/restore, HA/DR).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NIST CSF).
  • Exposure to sensor-to-cloud architectures or multi-tenant SaaS models.
