About the Role

Opportunity for leading the Video & Controls business from the Product Management Standpoint. Role requires to be the sales enabler and work closely with front-line sales teams to ensure that customers, partners and consultants get firsthand experience to HARMAN latest product and solution updates.

What You Will Do

  • Product portfolio ownership primary responsibility​

  • Engage with GPLM to translate product vision to the regions and feedback market requirements​

  • NPI launches and making them successful​

  • Work with Pre-sales teams to establish training programs and calendar​

  • Work with sales and channel teams to derive a commercial product strategy​

  • Sales enablement of partners, consultants​

  • Engage with system integrators, consultants to leverage relationship and support commercial outcomes​

  • Demand planning and work with SCM on product availability

  • Expected to align with HARMAN competencies are most critical to this role such as Leadership, Collaboration, Judgement, and Results Driven Approach

What You Need

  • 10+ years’ experience in Audio-Video Technical Sales

  • Thorough understanding of the AVoIP, AV Programming, Control Systems

  • Understanding of larger AV Systems over the Network, AV-IT Convergence, Audio-Video Systems Designs.

What is Nice to Have

  • B-Tech and MBA (preferred)

  • Team Player, Collaborative approach, Positive Attitude towards work

What Makes You Eligible

  • Be willing to travel up to 50%, Domestic to support the sales channel function.

  • Be willing to attend any meetings overseas for designated business needs.

  • Be willing to work in a HARMAN office.

  • Work Location : Mumbai
