Position Summary:
Responsible for the results of Safety indicator. Must apply the philosophy of HPS. Developing the Harman skills in employees and the applicable legal compliance requirements of the EMS.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
- · Analyze the risks and behaviors of people, looking for the "mindset" of good safety practice. Identify high-risk operations, seeking the implementation and process changes to ensure a safe working environment. · Monitor and communicate on performance to improve decision making regarding Safety and to integrate Safety into business decisions. · Ensure compliance with Safety-related legal requirements. · Investigation of accidents and incidents in order to determine the causes and motives that generate accidents and incidents to mitigate them through problem solving and Yokoten (sharing knowledge). · Generate safety standards, implementing the system of safety standards and through deteccione of near misses, where the same employees know detect unsafe acts and conditions. · Authorize and monitor risk jobs performed by employees and contractors; compliance with safe work of internal and external employees (contractors), through the provision of training, revision papers, work permits, and audits. · Detection of unsafe acts and conditions (near misses), aiming to mitigate and control similar situations where an accident can occur. · Assistant store hazardous, urban solid and special handling waste, responsible for receiving hazardous waste and electronic logbook registration. · Reception responsible for Hazardous Waste collection qualified suppliers. · Removal order hazardous waste materials, manifests filing, signatures gathering, handing out withdrawal orders, and manifests to the corresponding areas. · Monitoring compliance with the EMS. · Ensure the weighing of solid urban and special handling waste is in accordance with the measure ticket. · Chemical substances storage and handling supervisor. · Hazardous waste containers labeling and identification. · Environmental Campaigns assist. · Daily environmental management system audits. · Emergency response brigade member. · Internal & External Audits Support IATF 16949-2016, ISO 14001-2015, ISO 45001- 2018. · Preparation and updating of procedures and Audits by layers LPAs Layered Process Audits through QMS App's Document Control System. · Development of Problem Solving for the detection and investigation of incidents and management of the Issue Tracking system. · Implementation of basic processes in environmental legal requirements, safety and occupational health. · Implementation and application of Energy Isolation (Lockout/Tagout) in equipment. · Making purchases through the Ariba System. · Responsible for 5 Ss audits and management of the Helios system. · Approval, implementation, and update of Kaizen in Confluence system. · Training focused on soft skills. · Implementation of accident investigation methodologies such as Tap root accident investigation. · Preparation of EHSS certification (4 levels) Bronze level and Silver level focused on Industrial Safety issues - Management System ISO 45001 - ISO 14001 / Safety Policy, Safety Objectives, environmental and global standards GSP006-W. · Internal trainer in bronze and silver level awareness issues of EHSS certification

- · Integrity. · Innovation. · Inclusion. · Teamwork & Respect. · Excellence. · Proffesional Degree · 2-5 years of related experience. · Experience in the automotive industry preferably · Knowledge of Government obligations regarding industrial safety, health and environmental laws and regulations. · Internal Auditor in ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 · Ability to work under stressful conditions · Knowledge of IATF 16049 and, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 · Environmental Compliance basic knowledge.

- The employee must have compliance with the IATF16949 standard, the specific requirements of clients, the Quality Management System (BMS and QMS Apps) the Environmental Management System according with ISO 14001 standard and the Health and Safety Management System according with ISO 45001.
