About the Role

The Demand Planning Analyst will help to develop, execute, and monitor Demand planning activities for the Central America region. His / her work primarily includes Demand planning reports, IBP forecast related information maintenance and SAP maser data maintenance. Additional responsibilities include (but not limited to) process flow improvement, informational analysis, and critical thinking to communicate to multiple teams and grow the business.

His /Her goal is to manage and lead the supply chain activities to align supply with demand.

    What You Will Do

    • Weekly PSI reporting (status of forecast, historical sales, inventories, and supply)
    • Weekly excess inventory report (visibility of top excess inventory including onhand and intransit inventory)
    • Weekly portfolio report updates ( NPI, ELO, current items status)
    • Monthly Sales forecast Accuracy reports Report to determine the percentage of assertiveness between sales and forecast.
    • Monthly Sales trends reports (mainly Headphones).
    • Master data maintenance. Items creation, extension and maintenance in SAP and IBP.
    • Forecast updates in IBP based on sales confirmations.
    • NSP (net selling Price updates) in IBP to value forecast in value and units in IBP.
    • Inter-company orders. Transfer of inventory between plants to cover BO.
    • Weekly updates in Newsletter Portfolio Management report.  This report sends the latest updates of the portfolio released during the week.
    • Transfers of inventory between different storage locations in SAP.

    What You Need

    • Minimum 1-2 years’ of applicable experience in  any of Supply Chain, Operations, demand planning, master planning,
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel,
    • Written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
    • Must have a high level of computer literacy
    • Detail oriented
