Digital Content Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Content Lead to lead and execute product content syndication strategies with our retail partners. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless distribution of accurate, optimized product content to retail platforms through our Product Information Management (PIM) system, Salsify, or by identifying and implementing alternative syndication solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and optimize product content syndication via the Salsify PIM platform to ensure consistent, accurate, and engaging content across the key retail partners.
  • Develop and execute strategies for content distribution to retail partners, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, and ecommerce) to ensure product data completeness, consistency, and compliance with retailer standards.
  • Monitor syndication performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to ensure successful content delivery.
  • Research and evaluate alternative syndication platforms and solutions, providing recommendations for implementation.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and retailer requirements to ensure competitive content delivery.
  • Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on content syndication processes and tools.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital content syndication, PIM management, or e-commerce operations.
  • Proficiency with Salsify or other PIM systems is required.
  • Strong understanding of product data structures, content mapping, and syndication workflows.
  • Experience working with major retail partners and their content requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
     

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
