About the Role

Our operations team is continuously evolving in both domains of engineering fundamentals, automation, and data-driven transparency. We are positioning an engineer with both development and operational skills to support global customers. Software platform built on public cloud such as AWS, Azure or GCP with CI/CD pipelines process including entire new implementation of modern and state of the art SaaS based delivery platforms.

Additionally, you will be responsible for building a strong support model framework for operation and delivery with full automation and integration to all data sources.

What You Will Do

  • Manage all customer support requests and assist the operation & support team.

  • Own and lead technical escalations.

  • Work in collaboration with all organization interfaces in R&D, Product, and Global Support.

  • Facilitate the development to operational activities.

  • Manage service levels of support and reduce time to turn around requests.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • B.Sc / B.Tech. A degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

  • 3-5 years of experience in the software industry.

  • Experience working with global teams.

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours according to the operation’s needs.

  • Strong experience in working with Java & microservices-based platform stacks.

Bonus Points if You Have 

  • Experience and knowledge in one or more of the following: 

  • Software Development and code analysis of JAVA/ C/C++ and scripting languages (Perl, Python, shell, Ant).

  • Linux, web, servers, and networking architecture.

  • Cloud computing experience on AWS, Azure, with Kubernetes.

  • Software deployment pipelines with Jenkins and or GitHub Actions.

  • Good knowledge of Cyber Security & compliance requirements.

  • Elasticsearch, Oracle DB and Postgres, MongoDB, AWS Document DB, MS SQL.

  • Office work at least 3 days a week.

  • Ability to work flexible working shifts and provide support on-call after business hours.
