About the Role

Responsible for supporting the Thailand Organization in directing, maintaining, developing, and implementing Automotive Quality System IATF16949 across the whole Manufacturing Facility.  This role ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and applicable ISO, VDA, standards, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborations with cross- function teams to enhance operational resilience and quality Assurance. Will lead in documentation control of all Manufacturing Certifications. Will report to Quality Manager.

What You Will Do

• Lead to Thai Factory quality system build.
• Lead and support Thai factory to obtain IATF 16949 certification.
• Lead and support the Organization in releasing and maintaining all certification issues (per IATF16949, ISO14001, etc.) in Thai Factory.
• Response for documents control, and ensure the right distribution, withdrawal and updating all management system (ISO14001, IATF 16949, etc.) documents.
• Coordinate outside customer/3rd party system audit within Thai Factory.
• Will be a lead auditor of IATF16949 certification for the Thai Factory, and join the process audit (VDA6.3, Layer audit etc.)
• Lead the review of customer specific requirement and ensure the CSR is implemented.
• Arrange internal audit and management review. Including internal quality management system audit, Process compliance audit etc.; Issue audit reports and ensure the corrective and preventive actions are conducted effectively.
• Provide the related quality system related training to the whole organization, such as IATF16949, AIAG 6 manuals, problem solving skills.
• Communicate with Division, sites for continuous improvement. Suggest and Review Improvement Plan, Driving continuous improvement in quality system.
• Coordinate with the Automotive Quality monthly reporting documents.
• Organize and support the annual quality month events in Thai.
• Lead continuous improvement activities assign by Quality Manager.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor's degree required in any Engineering field.
• At least 5 years’ experience working in quality system management.
• Certifications: Certified internal Auditor of IATF16949, a lead auditor certification would be a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IATF16949 quality system, familiar with ISO14001.
• Familiar with manufacture quality system management process, Business Management System, Product lifecycle management processes, or manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with AIAG 6 manuals (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan).
• Familiar with OEM customers’ special requirements for quality system, such as, GM BIQS, Stellantis QSB+, VW Formal-Q, Ford Q1etc.
• Familiar with VDA6.3 for process audit, VDA6.5 for product audit, process layer audit.
• Good communication skill both in Thai and English.
• Quality related working experience in OEM
• Quality System build experience for Automotive industrials is preferred.
• Good communication skills
• Must be a self-starter as well as a team player.

• Energetic, service mind, self-confident, pleasant personality, and leadership skill
• Capable of operating related and professional software, Excel PowerPoint etc.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Bachelor or above in Electrical engineering
• Quality related working experience in OEM
• Quality System build experience for Automotive industrials is preferred.
• Good communication skills
