Position Summary:
Make, review, and close the Pre-Payroll, incidents reports and change in control files, vacations, permts, and assistance records.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
Job Responsibilities:
- Payroll employees, accordance with legal and Control Internal requirements.
- Process Payroll payments on time (Weekly payments, special payments i.e. Christmas bonus, Vacations, Profit Sharing, Harman
- Awards, etc)
- Ensure SOX initiatives assigned are updated and enforce company follows this properly.
- Work with Internal and External Auditors providing information required.
- Provide daily, weekly and/or monthly reports required to measure plant performance.
- Prepares information requires by external auditors.
- Payroll receipts Archive.
- Payroll paperwork.
- Review of permits enjoyment.
- Review of permits without pay Capture of savings fund withdrawals and saving box.
- Review of permits Loans.
- Review al movements in TRESS Systems.
- Capture united fund discounts.
- Capture Smart card discounts.
- Review overtime.
- Capture payroll exceptions.
- Payroll receipt printing.
- Additional duties as assigned by Payroll Administrator.

- 1 year of related experience.
- Ability to work under stressful conditions.
- Knowledge of TRESS System, SAP, Mexical Law.
- English 50%, (reading and writing)
