Employee and plant attention. Create, review, and close the Pre-Payroll. Incidents capture, and change in control files, vacations, and assistance records
Your Team
Team Leader Payroll
What You Will Do
• Pre-payroll
• Payroll Review
• Internal/external audit attention
• Daily, weekly and monthly payroll reporting
• Preparing information for external audits
• Payroll filing
• Pre-payroll reporting
• Permission capture in TRESS
• Modification (supervisor, shift, line, etc) input in TRESS
• Vacation input in TRESS
• Handing out bank debit cards to employees
• Food coupon cards control (cancelations and replacements)
• Team Leader Payroll support
• Labor Relations support to HR area
• Emission of company letters (as needed by employees for different legal requirements)
• Review Workday (vacations, permissions, leave, schedule)
