About the Role
As a Junior Associate for the Product Planning & Strategy team, you will play an important role you will play an important role in supporting administrative and operational functions for the team.
What You Will Do
- Provide administrative support to Product Planning & Strategy team.
- Keep track of product sample process and management.
- NPI tracking and roadmap update.
- Assist to update competition benchmark for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist to update and prepare market and sales data for analysis.
- Coordinate monthly regional product marketing meeting and other events, conferences as assigned.
- Assist to send out product evaluation forms for internal and external needs, and preparation of product evaluation report.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Collaborate with team members on various ad-hoc projects as required.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a dynamic work environment.
What Makes You Eligible
- Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
