For our beautiful office in Amsterdam, we are searching an energetic and friendly:

                         Receptionist(e) (Part Time 24 hours)

About the Role:

You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and colleagues based in other countries. 

The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, organized, and an eagerness to assist.

What You Will Do:

• Providing administrative support, managing reception facilities and solutions.
• Registering new colleagues in our systems and ensuring they have the correct access.
• Updating files and records for office management.
• Maintaining office equipment and supplies.
• Troubleshoot emergencies related to the property.
• Handling office correspondence: post, answering emails, calls from colleagues, vendors, consumers and directing them to relevant staff.
• Maintaining office supplies.
• Keeping an eye on security, report inconsistencies.
• Identify and assist in implementing solutions, processes for greater efficiency within the team.

What You Need:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Enjoys working with people and has excellent hospitality manners.
• Experience in customer facing, front office, first point of contact, receptionist role.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving with decision-making capability.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential, and basic communication in Dutch.
• Competent in Microsoft Office packages.
• Willingness to become part of the Firefighter & First Aid team.

Nice to Have:

• Flexible in working hours when large meetings take place. Additional hours will be paid on the top of the contractual hours.
• Another European language.

What makes you Eligible:

• This role is office based. Working from home is not possible.
• Willingness to work in a part time position for 24 hours/week.
