About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Director to drive sales and business growth for IT services within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment based in USA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, established relationships within the QSR industry, and a deep understanding of restaurant technology, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management, kitchen and makeline automation, and store operations. The ideal candidate should also understand and have sold IT & engineering services for Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs, Customer Data Platform, e-Commerce and Digital Ordering Platforms and Apps, third-party delivery integrations, and key restaurant analytics & business intelligence tools / technology.

What You Will Do

As Sales Director for QSR, you will have following key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue in the QSR segment.

  • Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including franchise owners, IT leaders, and operations executives within QSR brands.

  • Drive sales of IT services and technology solutions, such as POS systems, inventory and supply chain management, kitchen display systems (KDS), makeline automation, and other store operation technologies.

  • Drive sales of IT & engineering services for Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs, building / maintaining Customer Data Platform, e-Commerce and Digital Ordering Platforms and Apps.

  • Collaborate with technology, marketing, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and client needs.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and network with key stakeholders.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and insights to senior leadership.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • You need to have 15+ years of sales leadership experience in IT services, software, or technology solutions within the QSR industry.

  • Established network and relationships within the QSR segment with a proven ability to open doors and close deals.

  • Strong understanding of restaurant technology solutions, including POS systems, inventory management, makeline automation, and store operations technology.

  • Experience working with franchises and multi-unit operators is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and drive business growth.

  • Master’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

Pay Transparency
$ 161,250 - $ 236,500

Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need. While the above range is a reasonable estimate of the wage range for this position, please note the disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographical differential associated with the location where the position may be filled.
