About the Role
As a Sales Support Coordinator, CoA APAC, you will assist the sales department in managing the sales pipeline, processing orders, coordinating with clients, and providing administrative support to sales representatives and managers. This position involves working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with Sales department/Finance department and supply chain for business operation
- Monitor and review the schedule or progress of customer order.
- Monitor sales targets achievement
- Support sales Manager with customer communication and customer management
- Attend customer enquiry via email.
- Entering distributors’ orders, checking stock availability, issue SOs, issuing delivery notes and invoices, preparing shipping documents as per required by individual distributors.
- Coordinator all shipments and delivery schedule on time per customer monthly requirement.
- Work very closely with 3PL warehouse at China for weekly shipment arrangement.
- Monitor outstanding customer’s orders and follow up closely with supply chain team
- Maintain product information for ANZ customers
- Country assign – Rasco / ANZ ( Car and Lux customers ) & Lux new customers
- ANZ E-com posting
- Assist department during peak period for the documentation.
What You Need to Be Successful
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Proactive and eager to learn and grow in the sales field
Bonus Points if You Have
- Diploma or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
