Description & Requirements
A bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
Working experience in application / production support roles forĀ at least 5 years
Experience working knowledge in SQL RDBMS.
Incident management tool - Service now, BMC Remedy if any.
Good technical knowledge on application/production environment.
Problem solving / resolving skills.
Good communication and writing skills.
Knowledge of Incident management and ITIL process.
A team player and ready to work in 24*7.
Adaptable and flexible to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity
Ability to synthesise information from multiple sources
Produce meaningful reporting, insights and action plans
Ability to effectively communicate ideas in a consumable format with supporting action plans
Flexible and proactive.
Customer focus and good relationship management skills.
Ability to work autonomously collaborate with other team members teams as well.
Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field.
Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and web-based clients.
Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
