Job Description

About this Role:

We are looking for creative minds who are passionate to shape the future of autonomous driving and to bring world class In Cabin System Software solutions using our camera/radar sensors

What You Will Do:

Our team is responsible for developing a modular rapid prototyping framework for handling the In Cabin Sensors. Also responsible of fine tuning of In cabin sensor algorithms by optimization, performance improvement. These algorithms are typically run-on high-performance SOC’s like TI, NVIDIA, Qualcomm etc.

 Your tasks are therefore:

  • Development of Application SW components with high complexity using C++11/14
  • Ability to integrate several algorithms into target SOC.
  • Hands on Communication protocols like SPI,CAN,Ethernet,I2C
  • Hands on experience on creating unit test framework and perform unit tests
  • Hands on experience in configuration management tools like git, gerrit, gitlab etc.
  • Shall be expert in embedded coding
  • Hands on experience on Operating systems like OSEK OS, DSP SYSBIOS, QNX, Linux
  • Knowledge of MOCKING other components to test linked features/components.
  • Debug existing C++ code, find root causes and resolve software issues
  • Test your SW code on the target HW or in the target vehicle
  • Create low-level software design
  • Documentation of your work products
  • Understanding and implementing customer requirements
  • Direct contact with the largest car manufacturers
  • Agile working method
  • Collaboration with international development teams.
  • Work with big car data from a multitude of sensors, cameras, and Lidar.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication or Electrical Electronics Engineering or related field combined with software engineering and data science experience
  • 5+ yrs. working in SW Engineering roles
  • 2+ yrs. relevant experience working in the field of camera/radar sensor architecture
  • Experience in any of the ADAS Software Feature Development areas like Surround View, Driver Monitoring, InCabin Monitoring, L1/L2 Features, is added advantage
  • Hands-on experience in C++ 11/14, cmake, Gtest, OpenCV.
  • Experience with agile development methods.
  • Strong analytical skills together with high self-learning capabilities
  • Agile and ASPICE Working Environment.
  • Experience with requirement management tools like ALM, Doors, Polarion.
  • Ability to make team level decisions with little guidance.
  • Good command over spoken English.
  • Collaborative, open-minded, team player attitude.
  • Familiarity on Enterprise architect tool


What is Nice to Have?

  • Experience in ADAS feature development and verification
  • Hands-on experience with TI AWR16XX software framework
  • Hands on experience with Qualcomm and QNX framework
  • Understanding of statistics with the usage of the programming language R
  • Flexibility and creativity in solution design – including leveraging emerging technologies
  • Knowledge and experience with ASPICE and automotive use cases and requirements
  • knowledge of modern Software Engineering
