Level 1 Customer Support to Global Customer Base.
Co-ordinate with External and Internal Stakeholders for Service Provisioning, Product Licensing, RMA and Support Activities.
Basic level technical support for network security products.
Basic Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical customer issues.

Customer focused candidate, strong attention to detail, ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and customer personnel to work effectively.
Outstanding customer service and advanced written and verbal (English) communications skills.
Basic Networking Skills - Understanding of the protocols surrounding IP service provider networks.
Security skills – Understanding of Security Products like Firewall, IDS/IPS
Operating systems - Basic knowledge of Linux
Working Knowledge of CRM, Ticketing tools.
