About the Role

Ready Vision HARP is a pure Automotive product with the vision of bringing the relevant information into the driver’s field-of-view.

Our products are bringing an immersive Augmented Reality experience to the vehicle drivers, complementing and enhancing the ADAS and the Navigation experience while reshaping how passengers interact with the environment around the car’s position.

Our solutions merge the real and virtual worlds helping drivers to better understand where to make maneuvers, therefore making the driving experience more enjoyable, safer, and more carefree.

Our teams of experts in Automotive Systems, Navigation, Machine Learning (ML), Computer Vision (CV) and Sensor Fusion technologies have pioneered the AR Navigation in Premium Automotive segment in 2018 and have introduced to the market several innovative AR solutions in 2021.

Today, we are recruiting top talents to our site in Romania to develop and deliver AR solutions for several famous brands of the European and US OEMs.

This position will be hybrid role designed to ensure close collaboration between Requirements Management, Product Management and Development teams in high complexity products part of Harman Ready Vision Space. We are looking forward to onboarding a team player who is passionate about AR technologies.

What You Will Do

  • Create, refine and groom high-level requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and needs (incl. graphical design and feature behavior)
  • Analyze the customer requirements allocated to software and map the analyzed requirements to a new or existing product requirements
  • Provide clear guidance and context to the Design team and ensure tasks are understood and executed effectively
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design and Development teams to ensure that all teams and their activities are aligned with project priorities and timelines
  • Initiates and hosts alignment meetings between Product Management, Design and Development teams to establish baselines  
  • Ensure full documentation, traceability and tracking across the project lifecycle of all activities and artifacts through Harman tools (e.g. ALM)
  • Provide clear guidance and context to the Design team and ensure tasks are understood and executed effectively
  • Coordinate product Change Requests with all internal stakeholders
  • Takes a leading role in taskforces or war rooms initiated by the Product Management
  • Act as mentor or coach for newcomers and less experienced engineers

What You Need

  • 5+ years experience with complex Automotive SW projects or similar
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Focus on teamwork and cooperation
  • Product Management and Requirements Management Experience is a plus

What is Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of Software Development processes.
  • Automotive experience
  • ASPICE knowledge and experience

  • Willingness to travel (20% of time) depending on the project necessitates
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
