What is the Role about?
Primary responsibility will be to lead sales & revenue generation for select strategic accounts at Harman DTS. This position reports to the Head of APAC Sales.
You will be responsible for key account management, nurturing strategic relationships, leading expansion plans, and delivering on account growth ambitions. This position requires meeting annual booking and revenue targets and executing on long-term growth ambitions.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of account management strategies, competitive landscape, and have proven experience in selling Digital services portfolios and solutions, across India and globally.
What You Need
12 - 15 years’ hands-on experience in selling IT & Digital services to mid/large enterprise clients in the India region.
Prior experience of managing key accounts in Sales or Business development roles, working with CxO level / Senior Executives within these accounts
Driving large digital transformation programs, creating sales plans, and leading account mining activities.
Proven track record in consulting, advising, and solution selling. Lead range of RFP/RFI initiatives.
Excellent customer interfacing skills, with the ability to develop long-term valued relationships with industry leaders & clients
Strong verbal and technical communication skills, with the ability to independently lead reviews and strategic meetings
In-depth understanding of any two industrial domains (Lifesciences, Telecommunications, Industrial or Retail, ) including latest technologies, regulatory compliances, and industry trends.
What Makes You Eligible
Prior and extensive experience in managing large accounts (10M+), successfully leading business development and sales activities across India/Global region
Strong network and contacts, preferably across Lifesciences, Pharma or CRO organizations
Experience in having built a robust sales pipeline and delivered growth through established account management practices
Highly focused to drive customer satisfaction and NPS - orchestrate internal resources in sales and delivery to give the customer an enhanced experience across touchpoints.
Build a trusted group of reference-able customers.Based out of Bangalore/Hyderabad and willing to travel up to 50% of time within India
