Description & Requirements

As a Senior Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Expanding ADAS practice by building Assets, Accelerators, PoCs, etc.

- ADAS Software Integration and Test

· Leading/co-leading ADAS practice in Automotive Engineering Services BU

· designing the System & Software Architecture for Integration and test and owning it

· building the Test Eco system integrating with all the different platforms for achieving fully automated end to end testing

· creating and owning the architecture specifications that define system topology, control flow, dataflow and interfaces

· defining the overall Test strategy, Automation strategy and approach for solving the problems

· define and refine the best practices, processes and workflows.

· selecting the hardware, controllers, OTS tools, methodology to build the solutions

· providing technical consultation to the Engineering teams on the realization and implementation

· define the performance parameters/KPIs, benchmark and drive the performance optimization

· Understand problems from the customer and provide solutions in the form of process change, tools, hardware/Software implementation and Architecture

· Define the partition of functionality between hardware and software

· Studying the existing System and infrastructure, for enabling reusability

· People management and Coaching the teams on building Automation Frameworks, Tools, plant models, simulations, Automated Test Equipment, setting up test racks and interconnections

· Help the Business Development teams grow business with technical presentations and
