About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to join our team. You'll play a critical role in developing and implementing software components, ensuring adherence to coding standards and guidelines.

What You Will Do

1. Software Development: Develop and implement software components according to software detailed design, ensuring adherence to coding standards and guidelines.

2. Interface Definition: Define interfaces of software units and design CI/CD pipelines.

3. Integration and Testing: Perform software integration and integration testing according to the defined test strategy (SWE.5), designing, developing, and executing integration test cases and test procedures.

4. Debugging and Testing: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of integrated software components to ensure robustness, reliability, and safety.

5. Code Reviews and Feedback: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.

6. Documentation and Traceability: Ensure bidirectional traceability between software requirements and the software detailed design, documenting all development activities.

What You Need to Be Successful

1. Technical Skills:

    - C/C++ programming and Python experience.

    - Strong understanding of embedded systems and software testing.

    - Knowledge of ASPICE processes and guidelines.

2. Experience:

    - Experience in software integration and integration testing (SWE.5).

    - Familiarity with requirements management and software development lifecycle.

3. Key Skills:

    - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

    - Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points if You Have

1. ASPICE Assessment Experience: Experience participating in ASPICE audits and assessments.

2. Continuous Improvement: Contribution to continuous improvement of software development processes.

3. Automotive Industry Experience: Experience working in the automotive industry.
