Trade Marketing Specialist – Digital Accounts
(Native Dutch speaker)

Harman is looking for a Digital Trade Marketing Specialist Benelux to enhance our online retail presence and drive impactful digital activations. In this role, you will support the execution of digital marketing plans, ensuring our products shine on key platforms like Bol.com, Mediamarkt.nl, and Coolblue. You’ll optimize product content, manage retail media campaigns, and track performance to maximize visibility and conversions.
Working closely with sales, e-commerce, and marketing teams, you’ll help align digital trade marketing initiatives with brand objectives. What You Will Do:
Digital trade marketing support
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing plans for online retailers.
- Support the planning and coordination of online promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Central marketing programs, seasonal campaigns).
- Work closely with the sales and central digital marketing teams to align retail activations with overall brand objectives.
Product content & digital shelf optimization
- Ensure that product listings on Mediamarkt.nl and Bol.com, and Coolblue and other retailers with online presence are accurate, up-to-date, and fully optimized.
- Work with internal teams to update product descriptions, images, A+ content, and enhanced brand storytelling.
- Monitor customer reviews and ratings, identifying opportunities for improvement and engagement.
Retail media & advertising support
- Assist in managing sponsored ads and paid campaigns
- Help track campaign performance, analyzing key metrics like CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Coordinate with media agencies and internal teams to optimize digital advertising spend.
Data & performance tracking
- Track and report on sell-through data, identifying trends and insights.
- Support the team in preparing monthly performance reports, summarizing key learnings and recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights on pricing, content, and promotional strategies.
Retailer collaboration & internal communication
- Assist in the coordination of co-op marketing activities with digital retailers.
- Work closely with account managers to support discussions with key online accounts.
- Ensure alignment with internal teams (e-commerce, sales, marketing) for a consistent online brand presence.
What You Need:
- at least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing, preferably in a Consumer Electronics, or Retail environment.
- Good Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital retail marketing.
- Strong attention to detail for product content management and campaign tracking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and performance reports.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Native in Dutch, Fluent in English (French is a pre)
