Description & Requirements

  • Create motion graphics and produce/edit videos that adhere to briefs provided.
  • Create original, fully, and harmonized motion graphics-based videos that incorporate animation, shoot footage, stock media, product UI representations, workflow visualizations and more.
  • Create original motion graphics assets, such as lower-thirds, title cards, end cards, cinemographs, advertisements, customer education videos, experimental features, product and solution walkthroughs and more.
  • Produce, direct and deliver marketing videos, from pre-production, production and post-production.
  • Collaborate with content writers, marketing managers, and other internal stakeholders in the development of video content.
  • Maintain and promote high standards for project and asset management.
  • Ability to work within production budget and timeline parameters.
  • Champion consistency to the brand visual identity and usage.
  • Stay up to date on new trends in the motion graphic and video production communities. Suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies.
  • Develop storyboards and animatics based on outlines, concepts and scripts.
  • Effectively communicate ongoing project status with the marketing team.
  • Manage multiple projects in a detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned.
  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing graphic designs for a wide range of digital and print materials, including brand identity, advertisements, brochures, facility branding, posters, social media content, events, and more.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity that aligns with the organization's branding guidelines.
  • Create custom illustrations, infographics, and artwork to enhance content and storytelling.
  • Develop original visual assets that communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas, keeping our creative output fresh and innovative.
  • Create storyboards or visual representations of conceptual ideas.
  • Work within project scopes to meet deadlines and expectations while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Collaborates with marketing team to share learning and experience and suggest ideas that will improve creative output.
  • Timely deliver work, incorporating feedback from the art directors, clients, or team members.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards constructive criticism, using feedback as a tool for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends.

Required Skills & Background

  • Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Comfortable working in a remote and on-site team environment, with the ability to give and take constructive criticism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to scope work to a deadline and do your best work within the time given.
  • Ability to work completely independently when necessary.
  • Clearly articulate creative process, thoughts, ideas and a point of view about the work.
  • Solid understanding of the production and design process.
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance is critical.
  • An enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.

Preferred Skills & Background

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a video or design-related field (including but not limited to Communications, Fine Arts, Journalism, Marketing, Broadcasting, Animation, Film etc.), with at least 3-5 years of professional motion graphics and video editing experience.
  • Proficient understanding of shot composition and lighting fundamentals.
  • Creative agency experience preferred
