About the Role
The Digital Business Analyst (SAP ERP S4HANA) is responsible for analyzing, defining, and documenting business requirements and processes, and translating them into functional specifications for IT systems. The Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders from various departments, including business units, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure that the IT systems meet the needs of the organization.
Your Team
This position reports into the Director, Lifestyle SAP Order to Cash Applications. This role needs to interact and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues.
What You Will Do
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze reporting requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Data Analysis & Validation:
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management.
- Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and processes.
- Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools
- Experience with SAP ERP & S/4 Hana systems
What is Nice to Have
- Familiarity with software development methodologies in a large global organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce eCommerce, Jira, SharePoint
- Bi-lingual. (Korean)

Pay is based on a wide range of factors, including, without limitation, skill set, experience, training, location, and business need.
