Your Team:
You will report to the Executive Director, Global HR Delivery Centre Leader.
In your capacity as the Director-HR Services Delivery Leader, a Service Line leader within the delivery centre, you will oversee the strategic and operational aspects of setting and managing Global HR Helpdesk, Data Management & Reporting, Benefits Operations. This is a leadership position responsible for managing and optimizing the delivery of HR services and processes to the organization and involves a combination of strategic planning, leadership, and operational management.
You will lead Team Leaders/Managers, managing different geographical HR Delivery functions and processes who manage analysts and experts.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee all aspects of Global HR Queries & Service requests management, Global data management (employee data management, organization data management), Global Reporting & Benefits management
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize HR service delivery and enhance employee / stake holder experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR operations.
- The role will also be focused on strategic business partnering and being a trusted advisor to Senior leaders in the HR.
- The role holder is the Senior HR Delivery leader and will represent the HR Delivery center to the Global business & HR Organization.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and streamlining of HR service delivery processes of the HR Delivery center
- Drive initiatives to enhance HR service delivery, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Implement & Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Service and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Lead and champion initiatives and Global / regional projects
What You Need:
- Success in this role requires Working knowledge and expertise in managing Global queries, requests management, GDPR & India data protection policies, India payroll & benefits practices.
- Strong exposure to working with India payroll & benefits vendors
- Experience managing and working HRIS systems (Workday / Service Now/ Avature, AI/Chatbots). and implementing process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Management, Business, or other related fields
- Minimum 7-8 years’ leadership experience in operational delivery with at least 5-7 years’ experience in the specific areas of management of this role.
- Strong business and commercial acumen with appreciation for the connection between talent propositions and business results
- Execution and operational excellence with deep experience and skills in driving cost, quality, and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated aptitude to seek external best practices, industry research and benchmarking to identify and prioritize new sources of value.
- Demonstrated progressive leadership skills in developing high- performing teams.
- Ability to define and communicate annual goals and develop action plans needed for accomplishing plans.
- Ability to present data and recommendations in a meaningful way.
- Articulate, confident and fluent communication skills.
- Experience working directly with senior business executives in an advisory capacity.
- Strong interpersonal skills across multiple regions and cultures.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Experience being part of HR Delivery/Capability center set up or operating a multi-function delivery or shared services center, transition and transformation projects.
- Have managed at least one COE Operations team such as Compensation & Benefits Operations, AskHR.
Bonus Points if You Have :
- LEAN/ Six Sigma certifications for continuous improvements
- Project Management certifications
- Workday, ServiceNow or any other CRM implementation.

- Experience being part of HR Delivery center set up or operating a multi-function delivery or shared services center.
