About the Role

The person in position will be responsible for doing development for Projection Mode domain under Smart Device Connectivity – SW Domains – Intelligent Cockpit This position will report into Domain Manager responsible for delivering the Projection Mode domains for multiple programs.

What You Will Do

• You will be working as SW Developer for Projection Modes.

• Most of the work will be on middleware and application development on Android Platforms.

• New Features, Projection Mode Android Auto & Carplay Specification Upgrades.

• Perform issue analysis, debug and Bug Fixing.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Strong fundamentals on Embedded product development. Preferably from Automotive or Mobile devices.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer/Electronics Engineering or equivalent from premier institutes

• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Developer – preferably in Automotive SW.

• Hands on experience in multi-threaded programming.

• Proven experience in debugging and root causing embedded system & application issues like kernel random crash.

• Good exposure on board bring-up and Hardware handling.

• Good exposure on serial protocols, storage devices, network protocols.

• Good exposure to any of the Application processor like TI OMAP, MediaTek MTK series, Qualcomm processors.

• Prefer to have fundamentals of Android Auto & Carplay.

Bonus Points if You Have

• Worked in SAFe Agile environment.

• Good understanding of Automotive Infotainment SW Components.

• Knowledge of Hardware Bring ups & handle them.

• Connectivity Technologies/Protocols expertise.
