About the Role
Schedule PFMEA & Control Plan meetings in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and ensure the proper PFMEA methodology is used. Responsible to support and coordinate risk reduction reviews by product focused on preventing defects from leaving the work station are held to drive continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

•    Provide ongoing reviews of high-risk failure modes and recommended actions.
•    Coordinate the implementation of defined actions
•    Providing support regarding the definition and monitoring of risk mitigation measures
•    Document specific changes in PFMEA & CP according to customer complaints, MCRs, ICM, etc
•    Coordinate PFMEA & CP revisions making sure cross all functional team is reviewing the document.
•    Review local process and continue improving it.
•    Become expert in APIS and team center software.
•    Coordination and organization of the workflows in the PFMEA.
•    Participation in the team formation and familiarization of the participants in the PFMEA method.
•    Participation in the preparation of the rough schedule.
•    Participation in the preparation of the decision guidelines/criteria.
•    If necessary, preparation or wrap-up of PFMEA meetings.
•    Moderation of the PFMEA workgroup.
•    Lead Risk reduction reviews (GM monthly / Stellantis bimonthly). 
•    Lead reverse PFMEA & Control Plan (Annual – series production).
•    Approval of risk analysis related to Temporary Deviation
•    Support continuous improvement activities.

•    Completed degree in industrial engineering, electrical or mechatronics.
•    Experience in FMEA methodology and FMEA tools 
•    Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) AIAG 4th Edition
•    Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) AIAG & VDA 1st Edition.
•    Knowledge of Control Plan AIAG 1st Edition
•    Knowledge of special characteristics.
•    Knowledge of Quality Systems (ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016)
•    Knowledge of applicable Customer-Specific Requirements (Stellantis, GM, Ford, BMW, TOYOTA, Hyundai, KIA, etc.).
•    2+ years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.
•    English 70%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).
•    Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
•    Competent moderator, ability to convince, organization and presentation skills.
•    Mitigation of conflicts.
•    Social skills, able to work in a team.
•    Problem solving skills.

Bonus Points if You Have 

•    Project management skills.
•    Knowledge of documentation control.
•    Knowledge of CQI-17 Special Process: Soldering System Assessment.
•    Collaboration with teams in various geographies.

•    Desired experience in developing system, product or process FMEAs per AIAG/VDA standards using APIS-IQ-RM software.
