About the Role

• 하만 Physical Design 팀내에서 SoC 선행공정의 Auto P&R 업무를 수행합니다.

What You Will Do

• Auto P&R : Floorplan, powerplan , layout information for place/cts/routing, cross check the QoR of place/CTS/routing

• Physical verification (DRC/ANT/LVS/ERC)

• Power Verification (Static IR, dynamic IR, SigEM, PowerEM)

What You Need to Be Successful

• 전기/전자/반도체공학 관련 학과 학사 졸업 이상

• 커뮤니케이션이 원활하고, 배움과 업무에 적극적인 분

• SOC/ASIC Physical Design Auto PNR 경험자

• 2~6년 경험자

Bonus Points if You Have

• ASIC flow에 대한 전반적인 이해 및 Auto P&R 경험자

• Low power Design 경험자

• Physical Verification tool 사용 경험자

• Power Analysis 경험자

About the Role

• You will be part of HARMAN’s Physical Design team, responsible for Auto P&R in the early-stage SoC development process.

What You Will Do

• Perform Auto P&R tasks including floorplanning, power planning, layout for placement/CTS/routing, and QoR (Quality of Result) checks

• Conduct physical verification (DRC, ANT, LVS, ERC)

• Carry out power verification such as Static IR, Dynamic IR, SigEM, and PowerEM analysis

What You Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic, or Semiconductor Engineering

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and work

• 2–6 years of experience in SoC/ASIC physical design and Auto P&R

Bonus Points if You Have

• Broad understanding of the ASIC design flow and Auto P&R experience

• Experience in low-power design

• Familiarity with physical verification tools

• Power analysis experience

• Knowledge of setup/hold timing and timing ECO

• Proficiency in Tcl or Perl scripting

What Makes You Eligible

• Ability to perform full chip Auto P&R

• Strong understanding of physical design rules

• Excellent CTS timing debugging skills
