Position: Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (fulltime)
Company Location: Yatap, Bundang
Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, scheduling, offer negotiation and closure
Searches for qualified candidates, using networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms and employee referrals.
Keep close communication and guide candidates from process stage to on-boarding
Maintain and manage sourcing channels (Job portals, internal referrals, vendors etc)
Other reasonably required duties
Working on Harman Employer Branding and post recruitment activities on social media such as LinkedIn.
Tracks recruitment results through various reports.
Qualifications:
5+ years experience with full life cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment.
Must have hiring experience in technical recruitment ex) Cloud Dev, DevOps, IT application and Network engineers.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field
Fluent in English / Korean communication, being able to provide constructive opinions in meetings
Minimum 4 years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience
Minimum 4 years experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and experiencing of search methodologies (e.g. Boolean is preferred)
Experience in Workday/Avature tools

Proactive and have good sense of solidarity and cooperation, strong ability to work under pressure
