About the Role

Retail Sellout Specialist will be responsible for driving sellout across all the offline channel, implementation of sellout program, liaison with sellout team of the accounts and GT team, and Brand stores channel. The person will be responsible for ensuring ROI on sellout inputs. The Specialist will be assigned to designated territory to handle sellout.

Your Team

Candidate will be responsible to manage Team Leaders & ISPs in the territory assigned.  

What You Will Do

  • Business Deliverables
  • Prepare sellout plan for the year for each channel
  • Implementation of sellout programs
  • Managing team of Team Leaders and In store promoters.
  • Devise tools to improve sellout
  • Monthly review of the sellout with all stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Responsible for training internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stores Planning
  • Implement planogram for retail – LFR and GT
  • Strategize placement of retail fixtures in the stores.
  • Finalize retail elements which are important for improving sellout at stores.
  • Training calendar for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Leader and ISD Management
  • Team Leader program management
  • In store promoters program management
  • Sellout target deployment and tracking.
  • Implementation of best practices for sellout enhancement.
  • Managing the fast information flow between staff and shop floor level to managerial level.
  • Relationship Management
  • Maintain cordial and strong relationships with partners at all levels (Cluster Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Managers, Key Platinum accounts) and maintain No. 1 mind share of our brand

What You Need

  • MBA in Sales & Marketing from top colleges
  • About 5-7 years of experience with hands on experience in Retail management.
  • Candidates from FMCD/FMCG background will be preferred.
