Job description
We are looking for a person who can be responsible for the architecture and design of various BI solutions. The job requires to work with team closely to perform data extraction and data transformation processes to create the data set required for the dashboards. Develop the mock-up design and load the dashboard with real data. Implement feedback from business users and create final version of the dashboards. Scale, maintain and improve existing solutions. It requires to design various BI tool related features/components and validate tools. Requires excellent Analytical skills and experience in design/architect projects with different complexities and with different data sets.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Design, develop and implement business intelligence solutions for the organization helping to build infrastructure and tools required to support and improve the business and achieve data reporting and analysis goals.
Participate in architectural meetings and analyze all technical requirements of BI applications.
Research on new technologies as needed and develop proofs-of-concept and analysis to find solutions.
Adherence to the expected roles and responsibilities.
Team Building:
Nurture team members and be an enabler in their grooming both from technology as well as leadership perspective.
Establish the developmental guidelines and ensure the team adheres to that.
Establish the right review mechanisms with the team allocated and carryout periodic review assessments of the developed solutions.
Customer Management:
Participate in client discussions during requirement gathering, development and post-production stages as required and helping them with technology decisions to be made during the course of time.
Should be willing to drive the customer discussions for the projects as required.
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience in delivering business intelligence and Analytical solutions.
You should have good hands-on experience on Data modeling for DWs.
Develop reports, dashboards scorecards, data exploration, and visual analytics using existing and emerging technologies and tools.
You must have worked with Reporting, visualization and Data tools (Tableau).
Good experience in writing SQLs .
Experience in database and BI Migration projects.
Should have experience in all phases of the project - Requirement gathering, Estimation, Project Planning, Execution, Go-live and support.
Work closely with business stakeholder, data analyst and data engineering team to perform data transformation, strong ability to troubleshoot, resolve data issues, test and validate data flow and reports.
HealthCare domain related Business knowledge.
Process oriented with great documentation skills.
Keep informed concerning best practices, recommendations and training on concepts to team members.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
Ability to organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners.
The ability to plan work and meet deadlines Accuracy and attention to detail.
