What You Will Do

• Monitor and improve FPY (First Pass Yield) in your area: continuously identify development opportunities, propose and implement solutions (problem solving).
• Perform and improve scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Provide professional support for the calibration of measuring instruments used in production equipment.
• Execute change management tasks related to test equipment in serial production cells.
• Oversee TSP (Test Specification) compliance and align test sequences accordingly.
• Collaborate in the introduction of new manufacturing techniques and technologies.
• Order and commission new machines driven by capacity expansion.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Execute internal machine relocations and releases.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing is preferred, but recent graduates with relevant qualifications are also welcome.
• English language skills at a communicative level.
• Basic programming knowledge: C#, NI LabVIEW.
