Description & Requirements
As an AEM developer, your primary responsibility is the design, development, and testing of software that makes use of or is based on the Adobe Experience Manager.
Key job responsibilities
* The Adobe AEM Web Content Management Developer will play a vital role in the development, design, testing and deployment of Adobe Experience Management Web and Mobile solutions.
You will work closely with developers, system administrators, project/program managers, external agencies and design team to build a state-of-the-art Digital Platform using Adobe's Digital Marketing Product Suite.
Design efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates.
Develop AEM templates and components leveraging current AEM software releases
Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.
Skills Required
- 4-6 Years of relevant experience
- Comfortable with architecting components and templates as per business requirements
- Hands on experience with Touch UI and Sightly
- Hands on experience with OSGi services, servlets and components
- Adept at Sling, JCR and OSGi concepts
- Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exposure on 3rd party integrations (webservices exposure and consumption)
- Hands on experience on AEM advanced topics like search, workflows, authorization, authentication
- Experience in Adobe Cloud services including Adobe Campaign, SiteCatalyst integration, Adobe DTM, Scene7, Test & Targe
- Exposure on caching concepts - dispatcher/CDN
- Exposure on AEM 6.3+ features like editable templates, content fragments, experience fragments, core components etc.
