About the Role
We’re seeking a BSP Software Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in board bring-up, kernel, and driver development.
What You Will Do
- Develop kernel and drivers
- Support board bring-up
- Modify device tree
- Integrate subsystems
- Debug issues
- Validate firmware
- Perform testing
What You Need to Be Successful
- Linux kernel and driver experience
- Boot flow knowledge
- C/C++ proficiency
- Debugging skills
- Tool experience (adb, fastboot)
- CI pipeline exposure
- Camera/display BSP experience
- Boot chain (PBL/XBL, fastboot, EDL)
- Memory (DMA, SMMU/IOMMU)
- Diagnostics tools (QXDM, ramdump)
- Firmware loading
- Detailed debugging (dmesg, crash dump)
- Basic power management
- Peripheral protocols (I2C, SPI, PCIe

- Virtualization exposure
