About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to drive cloud adoption, containerization, and automation on AWS/Azure.

What You Will Do:

- Lead DevOps initiatives, focusing on cloud infrastructure and automation

- Manage Kubernetes clusters and Docker containerization

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize workflows

- Drive cloud cost optimization and security best practices

- Mentor team members and drive DevOps culture

Bonus Points if You Have:

- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools

- Knowledge of serverless technologies and cloud-native services

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools

- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or DevOps

What Makes You Eligible:

- 6-9 years of experience in DevOps roles

- Strong expertise in AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker

- Leadership experience and strong communication skills

- Proven track record of driving DevOps transformations

What You Need to Be Successful:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders

- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps tools

- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies
