About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled .NET professional to design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications and backend services using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and service-oriented architectures, along with a passion for writing clean, maintainable code and working collaboratively to solve complex problems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be considered an added advantage.

What You Will Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET-based web applications and backend services.

  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.

  • Work extensively with SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Partner with frontend teams using JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and JSON for seamless application integration.

  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.

  • Ensure effective system integration, quality assurance, and adherence to security best practices.

  • Perform performance optimization, troubleshoot issues, and support post-go-live operations.

  • Create detailed technical documentation and provide training, while staying updated with the latest Microsoft technologies.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 6-9 years of progressive experience in a global, multicultural, and multi-location environment.

  • Strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET (MVC, WebForms, and/or .NET Core).

  • Solid experience with SQL Server, including relational database design.

  • Hands-on experience with WCF, Web Services, and RESTful APIs.

  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, and JSON.

  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

  • Proven experience in debugging, performance optimization, and end-to-end application lifecycle management.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery.

Bonus Points if You Have  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization and integrations.

  • Familiarity with Entity Framework.

  • Proficiency in using Git for source control and version management.

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.

  • Strong experience working with databases and tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
