About the Role:
Support the different test development activities and provide test solutions for production testing. This involves performing analysis of the overall test system (yield, stability, cycle time, etc..), identifying a solution and working with functional teams to drive for improvement.
Your Team:
- No supervisory responsibilities assigned.
What You Will Do:
- Work with AME test development team and product development teams to identify and document product test requirements.
- Provide technical expertise & support to engineering and production teams.
- Analyze customer/internal requirements and specifications and translates these into test development specifications.
- Develop test applications based on test specifications and customer requirements.
- Analyze existing test packages to debug issues, add features or make modifications in test applications.

- Knowledge in LabView/TestStand/Process Model test development platform
- Ability to read electrical schematics and debug analog and digital hardware
- Able to use oscilloscope, logic analyzer and miscellaneous measurement instruments for test development and trouble shooting
- Knowledge in communication protocols (CAN, RS232, SPI, I2C), Boolean and operational logic, signal amplifiers, Radio frequency signals and electric laws and theories.
- Knowledge of programming languages and script development tools (debugger’s, emulators, compilers, etc.), such as C/C++ and Lua is preferred
- Intermediate English level 60% (reading and writing).

What Makes You Eligible :
- Willingness to travel 5% of the time
- Willingness to work in an office in Queretaro, Mexico.
- Any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
- Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
Important Information
The employee must have compliance with the IATF16949 standard, the specific requirements of clients, the Quality Management System (BMS and QMS Apps) and the Environmental Management System according with ISO 14001 standard and the Health and Safety Management System according with ISO 45001.
As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications).
The employee has the authority granted by the company through this document to make decisions for the benefit of the company to ensure the conformity of the product, its quality, functionality, the health and safety of the person who intervenes in the process according with quality, safety and environmental systems and customer specific requirements.
