About the Role
As a Global Benefits & Well-being Specialist , you will be a key member of our Cross-Divisional Center of Excellence, supporting the coordination and delivery of global benefits and well‑being strategy and governance,you will partner with stakeholders across Europe, APAC, and the Americas, focusing on coordination and data consolidation to support program inventory and design, compliance tracking, well‑being initiatives, and M&A benefits integration. This role provides exposure to high‑impact global projects and offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in benefits and well‑being while contributing to initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational success.
What You Will Do
Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources to support governance, compliance, and strategic decision‑making.
Maintain global inventories and registers with strong documentation, audit trails, and a high level of data accuracy.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation to enhance efficiency and governance standards.
Partner with cross‑functional and regional stakeholders to drive standardized processes, templates, and frameworks globally.
Support adherence to global governance standards by ensuring consistency across regions and functions.
Assist with benefits due diligence and integration activities during M&A processes.
Collect, analyze, and document benefits data to support smooth post‑merger integration and maintain accurate records.
Contribute to global well‑being, health, and inclusion initiatives, including governance documentation and escalation support.
Support Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities, including participation tracking and reporting.
Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, reports, and presentations; conduct research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to inform global benefits strategy.
Reporting to the Global Director of Benefits
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaboration & Standardization : Partnering closely with cross‑functional and regional teams to implement standardized processes, templates, and frameworks that drive global consistency and operational excellence. Ensuring alignment and adherence to global governance standards across all regions.
M&A Benefits Integration : Assisting with benefits due diligence and integration activities during M&A processes. Supporting comprehensive data collection, analysis, documentation, and the maintenance of accurate integration records to ensure a seamless transition.
Well‑being & ERG Support : Contributing to global well‑being, health, and inclusion initiatives. Maintaining governance documentation and supporting escalation protocols. Assisting with Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities, including participation tracking and reporting.
Reporting & Insights : Developing and managing project trackers and dashboards to provide transparency and alignment across initiatives. Preparing summaries, reports, and presentations for leadership. Conducting research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to support and inform the global benefits strategy.
What You Need to Be Successful
6+years of experience in HR, benefits, well-being, or a related function
Experience collaborating with stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, reliable approach to work
Adaptability, curiosity, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate complex frameworks
Ability to work independently, manage tasks end-to-end, and escalate issues appropriately
Interested in industry trends and continuous improvement
Bonus Points if You Have
Bachelor’s or above in HR/Business (or related) and/or Benefits/HR certification
Experience supporting benefits administration or vendor coordination
Basic understanding of global benefits/pension regulations and best practices
Familiarity with M&A and/or matrixed organizations
Exposure to Benefits compliance/governance
Expertise in data analytics/reporting tools
