About the Role

As an Associate Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth communication with both external suppliers and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution. You will support various financial and administrative processes, including invoice handling, urgent payments, data updates, and audit compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are highly valued.

What You Will Do

• Communication with external suppliers in case of incoming inquiries (via email, phone)

• Communication with internal clients in case of incoming inquiries (procurement, finance, logistics)

• Active participation in supplier meetings

• Handling incoming cases within deadlines

• Managing potential escalations needed for the approval process

• Taking necessary actions with the AP team to ensure prompt resolution of issues

• Preparing and sending supplier account statements

• Processing urgent payments in collaboration with the Disbursement team

• Handling payment reminders

• Supporting external and internal audits and ensuring compliance with requirements

• Initiating supplier data modifications and confirming banking changes

• Proper preparation, storage, and archiving of documents

• Adapting to new systems, learning and applying their usage

• Supporting the work of the AP team

• Providing phone duty support

What You Need to Be Successful

• Minimum of a secondary education

• User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

• Excellent command of English

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills

Bonus Points if You Have

• Experience with SAP system

• Experience in an SSC (Shared Services Center) environment

• Experience in a similar role
