About the Role:
In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment across the EMEA region, focusing on internships, temporary contractors, and junior-level roles across diverse functions including Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, Engineering, and Operations. You'll play a key role in sourcing talent, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience using tools like Avature and Workday.
What You Will Do:
- End-to-End Recruitment for internships, temporary contractors, and junior roles across EMEA and across a variety of client groups; Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, Engineering, Operations.
- Write and post job ads on relevant platforms, proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
- Research talent pools and build candidate pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
- Pro-actively identify qualified candidates through multiple sources, including employee referrals, social networking sites, alumni, internal transfers, networking, etc.
- Manage candidate records and workflows using WorkDay, Avature ATS and ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate fit and interest as well as coordinate interviews across departments and time zones.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers, HR business partners, TA leaders and other stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop and implement plans for sourcing and support with recruiting strategies.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview documentation and data in applicant tracking system (Avature and Workday).
- Participate in recruiting projects as needed.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in corporate environment.
- Experience with internship and early career hiring.
- Experience managing the recruitment process via an Applicant Tracking System (Workday, Avature etc.)
- Strong communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or knowledge of employment practices across EMEA.

- Recruiting experience within Hi-Tech industries.
- Ability and flexibility to recruit across a variety of functional roles in different markets across Europe.
What Makes You Eligible:
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
- Be willing to work (hybrid) in our EMEA Headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
