Description & Requirements

Job Summary:

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality hiring to meet business needs. This includes partnering with stakeholders, sourcing top talent, and delivering a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define hiring strategies.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Use job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking to source quality talent.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

  • Track and report hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, renege rate, etc.).

  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives and support employer branding activities.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

  • 2–6 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT as applicable).

  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with ATS or recruitment tools preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
