About the Role:
As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and improving business processes across the organization, with a strong focus on procurement and production planning areas. You will identify development opportunities through process mapping and data analysis, and implement sustainable, system-driven solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance. You will work cross-functionally with supply chain, production, IT, and other stakeholders, supporting system optimization, process redesign, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your contribution is critical to ensuring stable and efficient operational processes within the plant.
What You Will Do:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement and automation opportunities
- Perform process mapping and define measurement methods for performance tracking
- Lead process redesign workshops and support implementation of optimized workflows
- Ensure system-side support for procurement and production planning processes
- Manage system-related development projects including testing, documentation, and user training
- Prepare reports and analysis to support decision-making
- Identify operational issues and risks, and define corrective actions
- Drive best practice implementation across the organization
- Support audits (ISO, SOX) and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Handle ad-hoc process/system-related topics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage system access/privileges and support governance processes Comply with and enforce 5S rules, occupational safety, accident prevention, fire protection, environmental protection, contact protection, and ESD requirements.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or senior buyer in complex projects
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business process analysis and reengineering
- Experience with process mapping and defining business requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience with integrated ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Solid understanding of SAP MM/PP modules and BOM structures
- Advanced MS Office skills
Bonus Points if You Have:
- Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional discussions
- Experience in developing training materials and process documentation
- Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes
- Experience driving system or process improvement projects in industrial environment
