As a key member of the EMEA Online Ecommerce Team in a rapidly growing organization, you will be responsible for improving the conversion rate and usability of our Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) domains, with a primary focus on JBL, AKG, and Harman Kardon. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our EMEA UX program.

In this position, you will work closely with the Merchandising and Customer Support teams, as well as the Global E‑commerce team and external agencies, ensuring strong collaboration across all touchpoints.
What You Will Do:

- Support UX research across the full customer journey by combining quantitative data (funnels, click behavior, performance metrics) with qualitative insights to uncover usability and conversion opportunities.
- Assist in identifying and resolving broken or underperforming website journeys, prioritizing issues that negatively impact conversion rates.
- Contribute to the operational execution and user acceptance testing (UAT) of large-scale projects, ensuring flawless delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Monitor the impact of UX initiatives on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and engagement metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate, test, and enhance the checkout experience to reduce drop-offs, improve load times, and create a frictionless path to purchase.
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to implement and optimize journey-influencing elements (page structure, product findability, content elements).
- Work closely with analytics and merchandising teams to ensure accurate data collection, reporting, and measurement of journey performance.
By blending analytical expertise with hands-on operational skills, you will improve customer journeys, maximize conversion opportunities, and support the broader commercial goals of the organization.

- Experience with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO, or Kibo.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret on‑site performance data using tools like Contentsquare or GA4, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proactive mindset for identifying website performance issues and broken processes that hinder conversions, paired with strong troubleshooting abilities to resolve journey friction points.

- Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong attention to detail and timely delivery.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
