About the Role:
The Digital Business Analyst – Sales & Service supports digital initiatives across Sales, Customer Service, and After Sales functions. This role works closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for digital solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365) and Enterprise Portals (B2B/B2C).
The role helps bridge business and technology by ensuring requirements are clearly documented, supporting solution delivery, and contributing to user adoption and process improvements.

You will be reporting into the Director, Business Systems.
What You Will Do:
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Support requirements gathering activities for Sales and Service initiatives, including CRM and portal capabilities.
- Document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria under the guidance of senior team members.
- Analyze existing business processes and assist in identifying improvement opportunities.
- Participate in requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution discussions.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365)
- Work closely with CRM product owners, architects, and developers to define Dynamics 365 solutions for Sales and Customer Service
- Assist in documenting CRM requirements, workflows, business rules, and data needs.
- Support testing activities, release validation, and issue resolution.
- Gain understanding of CRM configurations, security roles, and business processes.
Enterprise Portals (B2B / B2C)
- Assist in gathering and documenting requirements for dealer, partner, and customer portal initiatives.
- Support integration requirements between portals and Dynamics 365.
- Collaborate with development and UX teams to help improve user experience and functionality.
Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partners with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and IT teams to understand business needs.
- Participate in workshops, design discussions, and requirement review sessions.
- Communicate project updates and clarify requirements with internal stakeholders.
Delivery Support & Governance
- Support Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution demos.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Assist in maintaining project documentation and traceability of requirements.
- Support post-deployment validation and user feedback collection.
Change Management & Adoption
- Assist with training materials, user guides, and communication activities.
- Support change management initiatives to improve solution adoption.
- Collect user feedback and help identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What You Need:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Sales and/or Service domains
- Exposure to Sales, Customer Service, CRM, or digital business applications.
- Experience participating in software implementation, enhancement, or digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM platforms preferred.
Functional & Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirements documentation.
- Familiarity with Sales, Customer Service, or customer engagement processes.
- Understanding of user stories, process mapping, and acceptance criteria.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Basic understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows is preferred.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
What is Nice to Have
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or CRM solutions.
- Experience with customers, dealer, or partner portals.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
- Understanding of UAT and software development lifecycle concepts.
- Knowledge of UX principles and customer journey mapping.
- Experience working with global teams.
