Description & Requirements

GOC – Resideo

Work model – Hybrid (3/4 days in office Mandatory)

Work location – Resideo office, Embassy Tech Village, Bellandur, Bangalore


Skill Requirement: 
    Understands system & product architecture and requirements and proficient in design from the embedded system challenges with ownership.(Must have)
    Must be good at independent handling of technical tasks with least supervisor involvement and ability to quickly adapt to changes in requirements. (Must have)
    High level programming languages like C, Embedded C with RTOSes like ThreadX, Linux on platforms Silicon Lab/NXP/TI/Broadcom etc. (Must have)
    Relevant hardware-software co-design experience and understands the basics of RF, transceivers, standards & regulatory requirements. (good to have)
    Should have worked on 1-2 complete product development with firmware design & development with excellent communication and Presentation Skill to delivery Project CTQ’s.(Must have)
    Hands-on wireless protocol design & development experience using any one of 802.15.4, ZigBee, Bluetooth/Low Energy,Thread,Low Power Wif Fi, IoT Frame Works.(Good to have)
    Strong embedded wireless domain & deep protocol firmware experience in Sub-GHz and 2.4GHz ISM bands will be a plus.(good to have)
    Domain knowledge of Home automation, Security, Fire and/or Intrusion will be a plus.(Good to have)
    Preferable to have created patents and publications & represented Organization in industry conferences.(Good to have)
    DFSS Green belt certified is an added advantage.(Good To have)
Qualifications:
    BE in CS, ECE or E&C from a reputed educational institution and a good academic track.(Must have)
    Should have at-least 3-5 years of experience in a reputed organization(Good to have)
    Added advantage to have a relevant ME/MS degree.(Good to have)
