About the Role:
As the Performance Management Office (PMO) Financial Analyst, you will assist with projects related to Finance Transformation and other initiatives for the Lifestyle Division, a business of +$4B in annual sales. You will support the business by deploying best practices throughout the organization, identifying, and implementing process improvements, and acting as an integral member of the Lifestyle Finance team, working with various stakeholders within Finance and across other business functions.
Your Team:
You will report directly to the Manager, Performance Management Office (PMO)
What You Will Do:
- Support the team in projects related to Finance Transformation and other initiatives.
- Assist in the SAP S/4 Hana system implementation. Requiring collaboration amongst global process owners and subject matter experts to ensure business requirements are met.
Support and conduct system and integrations testing for SAP S/4 Hana along with other system implementation. - Analyze current process standards and metrics to provide solutions for improvements.
In-depth trend and process analysis for business.
Perform data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process control changes. - Coordinate activities between Corporate Controlling, SBU controlling, BU controlling, regions, and functional areas to accurately forecast and plan the impact of actions on the P&L.
- Prioritize and implement process change requirements based on critical needs
Work with the team to recommend appropriate changes in the process/approach. - Coordinate with stakeholders to create and maintain documentation on process improvements, track progression, and process performance.
- Other special and ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and projects as assigned.
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or other relevant fields.
- 0-3 years of experience in relevant Finance and Accounting.
- Functional working experience using SAP.
- Experience in process and project management.
- Previous experience working within a global matrixed organization.
What is Nice to Have:
- Experience with S4HANA.
- Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and process development.
- PMP certification, Lean Six Sigma, or any Improvement methodology is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and related process management tools.

- Willing to travel up to 5%, domestic and international.
- Willingness to work in an office located in Northridge, CA. Hybrid available.
