  • Compile and distribute clear, timely updates and reports on partnership status, SAC submissions, and licensing activities.
  • Assist the Director in using technology tools (such as databases, dashboards, and AI tools) to enhance tracking, measurement, and reporting processes.
  • Prepare and coordinate Sponsorship Approval Committee (SAC) submissions, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time.
  • Support music licensing processes by tracking usage rights, coordinating media synchronizations, and assisting with licensing for retail product demonstrations.
  • Facilitate communication with regional and divisional marketing teams to ensure accurate tracking and sharing of partnership assets and entitlements.
  • Work closely with legal and senior leadership teams to ensure all partnership activities align with brand purpose and meet legal and D&I requirements.
  • Contribute to collaborative planning and ideation sessions by providing research, market intelligence, and cultural insights to help shape new global partnership opportunities.
  • Assist with the organization and documentation of JBL Global Culture Council meetings, ensuring key recommendations and action items are captured and followed up on effectively.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint for decks, Excel for tracking/reporting).
  • Experience with digital tracking tools, online platforms, and digital content workflows.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for working within fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Creative mindset with curiosity for culture and music.

What is Nice to Have:
