Functional Responsibilities:
Core Expertise:
At least 3 years of production support experience (Experience in Telecom system will be added advantage) L2 Application Support/Installation/Configuration experience for product WebSphere Application Server / WebSphere Portal/ Apigee Systems. Have experience in Docker and kubernates, OCP, Oauth knowledge Must having knowledge with IBM Tivoli LDAP user Management. Good knowledge on Apigee/API Management, REST APIs, Java. Good knowledge of WebSphere Portal Administration, WCM and Troubleshooting. Must have SQL knowledge. Working knowledge of scripting. Knowledge of container based platform is must.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in Linux/Unix environments for system monitoring and script execution.
- Proficiency in WebSphere Portal/Apigee/WebSphere Application server/TDS Administration
- Have hands-on experience of Oracle, Mongo Queries
Operational Skills:
- Monitor and manage daily workflows Digital Application to meet operational KPIs
- Address alerts and incidents related to Digital platform performance.
- Manage application administration and operation to meet operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders to address issues
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Generate regular reports on Digital system performance, processed data, and error trends.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of Digital processes, wcm configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Use monitoring tools to track system health and data integrity.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on minimizing downtime and operational disruptions.
- Ability to analyse data and identify discrepancies or anomalies.
- Should be aware of ITSM processes
Soft Skills:
- Willingness to work in 24 *7 shift based support environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

- Any relevant certification in administration related to Digital System.
