We’re looking for an Inside Sales Support Lead to lead our DACH region order desk team. This is a key role in our European operations, providing high-level support to our dealer network and collaborating closely with Sales, Commercial, and Business teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and support the Dealer Support team for the DACH region, acting as a key escalation point.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to meet business targets through data analysis and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee daily order entry, allocation, and backlog management.
  • Coordinate slot time deliveries with logistics and secure booking slots at key retailers.
  • Provide training, performance feedback, and appraisals for team members.
  • Support local stock sales and manage incomplete orders.
  • Liaise with Finance to resolve credit issues and improve customer experience.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to EU-wide dealer support initiatives.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within customer support / Sales Support or operations.
  • Fluent in German and English (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and commercial acumen.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • A flexible, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
